Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Aeru. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless there is a backorder. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly delayed. In the event of a backorder, processing and shipping times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order total.

Orders with a subtotal of $21.23 or less will incur a shipping fee.

Orders with a subtotal of $21.24 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. Promotions or discounts may affect free shipping eligibility unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays
Aeru is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of our control. Delays may occasionally occur. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Aeru is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@aerubrand.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a replacement if applicable.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Aeru is not responsible for delays due to customs.
