Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at hello@aerubrand.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care goods (including nasal strips once opened)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return the eligible item

  2. Place a new order after approval

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
